Kefir pudding (you can use yogurt instead of kefir) Calories: ~90
Ingredients:
• 2 eggs 🥚;
• 230 ml of milk 🥛;
• 20 g corn starch 🌽;
• honey 🍯 (~1 spoon);
• vanilla.

Process:
1) Mix egg whites with honey;
2) Add to the mixture yolks, kefir(yogurt), corn starch and vanilla
3) Bake 15-20 minutes 200’C
P.S. If you want puddings to be the same sizes, leave it in the oven for 20 minutes until they cool off for a bit 😉
