Buglasan Festival 2023, also known as “The Festival of Festivals”, and the most awaited festivals in Negros Oriental, Held in Lamberto L. Macias Sport and Cultural Complex Dumaguete City, The Capital of the Province of Negros Oriental.

Buglasan came from the Old Hiligaynon Word "Buglas" Means to "Cut Off", Way Back 1572, a man Name Diego Lope Provedano who was Drawn the Map of island of Negros originally called "Buglas Insulis", as it is believed that the island was separated from a larger landmass by rising waters during the last ice age.

Then the Buglasan Festival was Celebrated In order to honor Negros Oriental and what lie is in it,

All Municipalities and Cities of Negros Oriental Gathered Together and decided to unite as one happy Negrense family, Showcasing the best of what they offer and the uniqueness of their local cultures.

This is a 10 Days Celebration Initiated and funded by the Provincial Government of Negros Oriental.
