In this video, I recorded some of my morning routines after waking up at 5 AM, as well as two recipes: soy sauce rice balls and Benedict eggs sandwiches. Waking up a bit earlier in the morning can truly bring significant changes to one’s life. It makes the start of the day feel more manageable and calm.
