I finally review what is considered THE BIBLE OF BODYBUILDING. Arnold Schwarzenegger's The New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding. This encyclopedia in my opinion belongs on every serious bodybuilder's shelf, period. It covers everything you can think of, and then some. My favourite section has to be book three, which is essentially Arnold's thesis on bodybuilding. Yes, Arnold experimented on himself using hundreds of reps for each particular exercise mentioned in this book, to find out it's exact effect on the human body. I think it's one of Arnold's greatest contributions to bodybuilding. Of course, I highly recommend this book. If you don't have it, you can find it online or at any good bookstore. Enjoy
