I often see all-too-common advice to "pick a niche" for your business. Many of the business coaches out there will tell you that the best way to grow and start profiting in business is to find a niche you can fill.

But in my opinion, "What's my niche?" is the wrong question to ask, if you want to grow your business AND enjoy it, your focus should be on the people you work with instead. In this video, I talk about why picking niches in business is the wrong approach, and how you should approach things instead.
