#Agenda | Philippine Ports Authority general manager Jay Santiago asks for discretion from the Dept. of Transportation on handling certain policies--particularly the "no vaccine, no ride" policy--after some unvaccinated Badjaos were barred from boarding a ship. Santiago also clarifies that those stranded passengers in Manila North Harbor, seen in videos and photos, preferred to stay outside the terminal.
