also please excuse the bad quality, my settings are optimized for recording while doing 1v1s (in which i want high fps, settings are software x264, CBR 6000 kbps and veryfast encoding preset) and I didn't change them to "casual gaming" settings (software x264, CBR 12000 kbps, and fast encoding preset). My video quality will be even better when I get a GPU with hardware video encoding but it's not yet though.
