The Ministry of Civil Aviation has claimed either the passenger will have to download the Arogya Setu app or carry a medical certificate from a test done just a few days before boarding the flight showing that the person is COVID-19 negative, which will then complement the self-declaration form and the person will be cleared to fly. Ministry will soon issue revised guidelines for international and domestic flyers which will include several things. Watch to find out more.
