Incredible drone footage from a sea and rescue worker shows the banks of Bribie Island broken due high tides and enormous swells.

Zane Jones flew his drone to the northern point of the island to capture the scenes of the sea breaking through the island on December 14th.

The island has been weathering storms and extreme conditions and has eventually cut off parts of the island and began to erode some beaches.

Zane’s footage shows the ocean washing over the narrow stretch of land at the northern tip of the island.
