One thing we know for sure is that you guys on here LOVE Cinnamon Buns, and Dane is back with another banger of a recipe. These buns have the softest brown sugar dough, filled with a pecan praline, brown sugar cinnamon butter, caramelised pecans and topped with a heavy on the vanilla cream cheese glaze.

135g Whole Milk
1 Egg (60g)
40g Soft Light Brown Sugar
300g Strong White Bread Flour
5g Salt
7g Fast Action Dried Yeast
100g Soft Unsalted Butter
PECAN PRALINE
150g Toasted Pecans
150g Soft Light Brown Sugar
Pinch Salt
FILLING
130g Soft Light Brown Sugar
80g Soft Unsalted Butter
1tsp Cinnamon
1tsp Vanilla
CARAMELISED PECANS
25g Soft Light Brown Sugar
Pinch Salt
1.5 tbsp Water
180g Pecans
GLAZE
85g Cream Cheese
20g Butter
190g Icing Sugar
4-6 tbsp Whole Milk
