राजस्थान में आनंदपाल सिंह एनकाउंटर केस में अब नया मोड़ सामने आया है... मामले में अब ACJM सीबीआई कोर्ट ने बड़ा फैसला सुनाते हुए पुलिस पर केस दर्ज करने को कहा है... साथ ही कोर्ट ने CBI की क्लोजर रिपोर्ट को भी खारिज कर दिया है.... कोर्ट ने एनकाउंटर में शामिल तत्कालीन चूरू एसपी राहुल बारहट ,तत्कालीन एडिशनल एसपी विद्या प्रकाश चौधरी ,डीएसपी सूर्यवीर सिंह राठौड़ और आरएसी हैड कांस्टेबल समेत पांच पुलिस कर्मियों पर हत्या का केस चलाने के आदेश किए है...आपको बता दें कि साल 2017 में आनंदपाल का एनकाउंटर हुआ था... जिसके बाद परिवार ने इस फर्जी बताते हुए केस दर्ज कराया था
