2 more days until the 21 day challenge of 5 minutes of mobility, strength and stretch exercises for your spine. Join the #backboostchallenge!
The exercises are light but become more moderate in week 2 and 3 (they were designed for people with back pain). I want to help people to spend more time on themselves and improving their health, and this feels like a straightforward and fun way to do that!
Here's my current thoughts on the reward:
The best benefit is completing the challenge, and that's what I would like people to strive for. As an extra motivation I'm considering choosing a random person who completes the challenge and giving them a prize for their participation. That prize will be a €150 Amazon gift card hopefully to use on health products, but people can do what they want with it, really 😅
To complete the challenge, they'd need to
- Be following me,
- Engage on each day of the challenge (like/comment “Done!” on the posts),
- Share at least 1 story or post showing you doing an exercise and tagging me (you can use the #backboostchallenge),
- Tag a friend in the Day 1 post to spread the word!
