Headed up by legendary seven-time Dakar racer Simon Pavey, BMW Off Road Skills offers more courses, dates and trips than ever in 2014! You'll find us in the best off-road riding location in the whole of the UK: the Brecon Beacons in South Wales.

We offer a carefully planned and well-tested syllabus to develop riders from novices to two-wheeled heroes. There's an emphasis on learning at the same time as having fun. Now, that may sound a little bit like being back at school, but this school doesn't have desks, it has a fleet of the latest BMW adventure bikes and for our playground we have the world-class Walters Arena and the stunning Brecon Beacons National Park!

Our Level One, Two and Three courses have been created and refined to develop riders from eager novices to mud-loving off-road experts. Each two-day experience is carefully-planned and managed by our friendly, experienced instructors to keep you motivated, learning and, most importantly, having fun. By the end of the course you won't just have a lot of happy memories - you'll be a much more skilled, confident and experienced off-road rider. You may be surprised how much this will improve your riding on the road, too!

There are also adventures in the Brecon Beacons, Australia and Portugal, as well as our ever popular Adventure Maintenance course for teaching you the skills to keep your bike on the road. In 2013, we have more courses, dates and trips than ever before!
