Mango souffl’e is a creamy, easy to prepare dessert .
With minimum ingredients available at home, this dish requires very less preparation time.
This recipe is simple at the same time very delicious; and kids will love it.
For vegetarians, Veg gelatin options are also available in supermarkets.You can also use the normal gelatin.

Ingredients
1 litre Vanilla Icecream
3 ripe, Medium Sized Mangoes, chopped fine.
2 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Veg Gelatin dissolved in 2 tsps Water.
Method
1)Dissolve 2 tbsps gelatin in 2 tsps water by stirring gently in low flame.
2)Allow the gelatin to cool completely.
3)Add the vanilla icecream, sugar, chopped mangoes and gelatin in a blender and blend for one minute until you get a smooth paste.
4)keep it in the fridge for 3 hrs.
5)Take it out at the end of 3 hrs, add sugar if required, and blend it again until you get a creamy mix.
6)Garnish with finely chopped pieces of semiripe mango.
Transfer it to a bowl or individual cups and set it again in the fridge for 3 – 4 hrs.
7)Your "Must have mango souffl’e" is now ready.
Special Notes
1)The Icecream should be taken out of the freezer only at the time of mixing.
2)Quantity of sugar to be added depends on the sweetness of the mango.
3)Gelatin is available as both vegetarian and Non vegetarian types
4) Instead of mangoes, you can also garnish with grated nuts.
