Ingredients:
250gms Bitter gourd
Salt and turmeric for marination
4 tbsp Oil
1 pinch Fenugreek
2 Dry chilies
5 Crushed Garlic pods
1/2 tsp Mustard
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Urad dal
1/2 tsp Chana dal
1/2 cup Onion choppings
2 Green chilies
2 sprigs Curry leaves
Salt to taste
1 tbsp - 1.5 tbsps Chili powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
2 pinches Turmeric
1 cup Tamarind Extraxt (extracted from 50gms Tamarind)
3/4 cup Water
1 tbsp Besan (senagapindi)
3–4 tbsp Jaggery
