As usual with these level, this is a matter of memorizing it so that you know when you can boost. Once you do, you should have no problem getting the platinum, as the time is quite lenient. I still say Bear It was the hardest of these levels. My time didn't show up on the leaderboard for some reason, but this would have been 26th place.
