Arcade Apartments in Downtown Racine, Wisconsin. This end apartment on the 4th floor #402 is one of their nicer apartments that has a private rooftop patio area. Just one of the examples of the nonsense that was allowed to happen here. Rent to crappy tenants and this is the bullcrap you will get. Hopefully it has gotten better, I had to move out due to all the stupid nonsense. Beautiful building but most tenants were NOT.
