European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker was asked about the lack of progress on Brexit. He said that he would like the UK to make clear its position, he said that the EU cannot deal with the split cabinet. Asked if the EU was preparing or a ‘no deal’ scenario Juncker said that this was something it had to do.
