Ingredients:

Marinating the fish:
1. Boneless bhetki fish : 200 gm
2. Salt : According to taste
3. Black pepper powder : 1 tsp
4. Kashmiri red chilli powder : 1 tsp
5. Ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp
6. Lemon juice : 1/2 piece of lemon

Sauce making :
8. Soya sauce : 1 and 1/2 tsp
9. Tomato ketchup : 2 tbsp
10. Red chilli sauce : 1 tbsp

Making the fish coating:
11. Corn flour : 2 tbsp
12. Maida( all purpose flour) : 1 tbsp
13. Egg white : 1 nos

Fry the fish:
14. Refined oil : To dip fry the fish
15. Chopped garlic : 1 tbsp
16. Chopped green chilli : 8 to 10 nos
17. Chopped capsicum : 1 nos
18. Chopped onion : 1 nos, medium size
19. Mixture of water & corn flour : 1/4 th cup
20. Chopped spring onion : little bit
