Ghassan Abou-Alfa, MD, MBA, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York, NY, discusses the latest updates in anti-TIGIT therapies for patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Findings from the Phase Ib/II MORPHEUS-Liver trial (NCT04524871) of tiragolumab with atezolizumab and bevacizumab demonstrated the potential clinical benefit of adding tiragolumab, a TIGIT inhibitor. The Phase III IMbrave152/SKYSCRAPER-14 trial (NCT05904886) will further assess this combination.
