As a result of a very successful partnership between ITAMINAS and ANDRITZ, ANDRITZ supplied the Metris addIQ control system to control its model A4F 2500 filter presses in the iron ore tailings filtration plant. With the Metris addIQ control systems and the ANDRITZ digitalization service package, it is possible to monitor all KPI'S in the area, either through daily reports or online, using a mobile device, such as a tablet or cell phone. The system interface has a very intuitive design that facilitates operation and minimizes operating errors, ensuring higher plant availability.
