بدنبال بازداشت عبدالرزاق وحیدی، وزیر پیشین مخابرات وفن‌آوری از سوی نیروهای امنیتی و فرستادن وی به زندان پل چرخی، آقای محقق، در یک اعلامیه ای محکمه آقای واحدی را فرمایشی و ظالمانه از سوی رییس جمهور غنی گفته است.
همچنان آقای محقق، افزوده است که سیاست‌مداران باید در برابر اقدامات سلیقه یی رییس جمهور یک دست شوند.
