Cambridge is home to one of the oldest and most prestigious universities in the world, rich intellectual history and charm personified. Cambridge University was founded by scholars in 1209. Some of the most successful Alumni that include Charles Darwin, Sir David Attenborough,Stephen Hawking, The Prince of Wales,Arrianna Huffington, Bond Star Naomie Harris and Oliver Cromwell to name a few. In modern times, Cambridge is at the heart of the high-technology Sillicon Fen with industries such as software and bioscience and many start-up companies born out of the university.
