fix for your iPhone mail app notification not showing on the lock screen or banners Preview. Let's start with some basic to pro settings.
Ensure that the Focus is turned off from the settings or control center.
Under the settings app, scroll to the Focus option.
Check each focus. First, you should delete unwanted Focus from your iPhone; just open the focus, scroll to last, and Delete Focus. Confirm with the delete focus.
As you can see, we can't delete Do Not Disturb. Ensure that Turn off complate and not any Scdheuled are enabled under the Set a Schedule section.
Tap on Schedule, Disable the toggle, or Delete schedule complately from your iPhone.
Once all settings are checked correctly, ensure that the Mail Notification settings are correct.
To Check, Launch the settings app on your iPhone.
Scroll to the Notification option.
Again, scroll and Fild mail option.
Here, check all the settings individually; enable the Allow Notification toggle if disabled.
Check Alerts settings, Select Lock screen, Notification center, and Banners.
Also, correct the lock screen appearance; Preview Option should always be default, and notification grouping should be automatic.
The last setting is Customise Notifications.
Here's the option for how you see the unread message count appears on the app icon.
As you can see, right now, it's showing 216 counts. If I select all unread messages, then all the unread messages appear in all the categories.
Now, under the accounts section, Select Email account and correct the Settings for alerts toggle. Enable this. Now, set the sound from none to your favorite if you wish. Otherwise, keep it none default.
Repeat the same steps for other accounts added to your iPhone mailbox.
Once you are done. check if it's fixed.
Still doesn't work, then I recommend resetting all the settings of your iPhone. This solution will not erase your iPhone data. Only set the settings to default and Fix the problem.
Launch the Settings app on your iPhone. Scroll to the General option.
Again, scroll to the Transfer or Reset iPhone option.
Now, Tap on Reset Option and Tap on Reset All Settings.
Enter your iPhone lock screen passcode, and again confirm with the Reset All Settings.
That's it. Wait for your iPhone to reboot once; connect your WiFi and check the issue is fixed.
