Wheeler Squadron Cadets, Hawaii Wing Civil Air Patrol are learning to fly on gliders at the Dilingham Airfield on Oahu’s Beautiful North Shore.

Gliders play an extremely important role in the Civil Air Patrol. A primary mission of the Civil Air Patrol, or CAP, is aerospace education. Civil Air Patrol gliders are one of the tools we use to help teach people about the principles of flight.
