So as usual I missed a step because I didn't pay enough attention to the video apparently. I don't think it would completely alter the result too much, it would probably have a crispier bottom on it but the flavor profile would probably be the same. It's definitely not pizza, but it is good and it heats up the next day well too. There are however pizza recipes that bake an entire pan of cheese for the "dough", and yogurt is basically bacteria like yeast anyway.
