In the quiet corners of our consciousness, the chaos that rattles us is not designed for mere annihilation.
Rather, it serves as a mentor, a guide in our journey of self-discovery.
It seeks to stir us from our slumber of ignorance and provoke inquiries like, 'What is brewing within me right now that's seeding suffering in the world, inflicting pain within my own heart?'
This is less about eradicating anything and more about deciphering the perplexing enigma of our frenzied minds.
In this way, we can seek liberation through suffering, through the unease, the disquiet that anger brings.
Albert Camus, a philosopher hailing from French Algeria, observes that we carry within ourselves our personal exiles, our misdeeds, our devastations. Our duty lies not in unleashing them onto the world but in transforming them within ourselves.
So, we scrutinize how we transmute, how we harness this energy as a portal to kindness. That is, in essence, our true pursuit.
