This simple, efficient and compact minecraft redstone item sorter can be used for item storage. I have made it as compact as possible and done away with the need for stacks of rails and hoppers to make it perfect for survival.
Use it in your mine with a water transporter ( see link for tutorial below) in minecraft aquatic update 1.13 and 1.14 or join it to a basic item transporter and use it to sort food, weapons, tools … anything. You can even combine it with an automatic smelter system
