The 13th iteration of the HKIB Annual Banking Conference shone a spotlight on a number of emerging opportunities for Hong Kong’s banking and finance industry. Regulators, senior executives, expert speakers and insightful panel discussions provided valuable insights on pressing concerns and opportunities faced by Hong Kong’s banking industry, including the vital role the banking sector can play in reinventing services to shape sustainability initiatives and climate change solutions for the betterment of the planet and its people. Putting participants’ health and safety first, the hybrid conference, which enabled attendees to attend in-person or virtually, brought together close to 1,000 delegates.
