Jessica Smith was a teen mom at age 15 and started a sales career at 19 with no college and barely a high school diploma. She fast-tracked to leadership, and after a successful 20-year career that ended abruptly, she found herself challenged with finding a good job due to her lack of a college degree. Jessica eventually started a new career in Corporate America, and while pursuing two degrees from UAGC, she has worked her way to Director of Inside Sales at a major company in the automotive industry, where she leans on the skills she gained during her journey. In 2024, she walked the commencement stage with her husband, who also earned a bachelor’s degree from UAGC.
