Phoenix Consulting Group is the premier student group that consults for businesses and start-ups operating in the fields of biotechnology, medicine, and healthcare. Each semester, our project teams consisting of several analysts and led by a project manager work in close relationship with our clients to develop implementable business strategies, including Investment and Funding, Market Research, Operations, Product Development, Pricing and Marketing, and Sales.
