Beijing is calling for calm as a giant Chinese balloon continues to float over the United States.
China says it is a civilian weather balloon and its location is an accident.
But US Secretary of State Antony Blinken says the ballon's presence is "an irresponsible act," and has postponed a planned visit to Beijing.
