Gilding today with loose leaf! feels like an extreme sport here , the slightest movement in the air and your gold leaf crumples and creases and the air turns blue !!! Heaven forbid you forget not to breathe!!
I’ve used transfer leaf a lot in the past which is easier but loose leaf is something I’ve been doing more of recently and I feel it gives me a better finish even though it is difficult to control and master…
This is 23.5ct gold and although is expensive and time consuming the finished look is superb…
