In Fall 2019 the LDEV 667 class members worked with Architecture students in Mark Clayton’s class and Construction Science students in Jose Solis' class and conducted the Quadruple Net Value Analysis of the proposed new downtown hotel in Midland, Texas. This film is the in-class presentation of one of the twelve LDEV 667 students.
