Government rules out the conspiracy to harm the Speaker of Parliament, Rebecca Kadaga, through a letter bomb. Speaking to the plenary chaired by Deputy Speaker, Jacob Oulanyah, Internal Affairs State Minister James Baba, said laboratory tests carried out on the letter that purportedly harmed Kadaga's aide, proved that it was harmless.
