Let's start in Paris where at least six people have been injured in a stabbing attack at a train station.
That's right the incident took place at Gare du Nord station in Paris at around 6 AM on Wednesday, local time.
The attacker used what authorities have described as a homemade blade.According to officials, the suspected attacker was stopped one minute after the first stabbing when off-duty officers fired multiple shots.
He has since been hospitalized with serious injuries.
While the incident is being handled by criminal investigators anti-terror police are evaluating whether they should take on the case.
The attack saw train delays during morning rush hour at a station that typically sees some 700-thousand travelers per day.
