This round is a made using a low velocity expanding round. Due to the weight of this round and its construction, it completely opens on impact and continue to spin leaving a "BUZZ SAW" wound cavity. The average muzzle velocity of this round is 975 FPS.

As you can see by this video, it's enormous and extremely powerful at subsonic speeds.
