This is one of the city’s best steakhouse-style burgers, but getting a reservation at the Polo Bar is an ordeal: you have to call at 10am, wait on hold for an hour, and probably get a weekday res at 10:30 at night. In our opinion, it’s worth the effort (at least once), but not everyone would agree!
