Tent City is spread over 5,00,000 acres area and is located near the Great Rann of Kutch. It is only 2 km from Rann which makes it the best spot to stay to visit Rann for sunset or sunrise.

🍲 Food and Lodging at Tent City

There are different types of accommodations available at Tent City: Non AC Cottages, Deluxe Cottages, Premium Tents, Super Premium Tents, Rajwadi Suite, and Darbari Suite.

- Non-AC Cottages are the cheapest while Rajwadi and Darbari Suites are the most expensive inside the Tent City. If you want a mix of luxury and affordability, then Premium and Super Premium Tents are perfect for you.

- Dining - There is a dining hall where they serve breakfast, lunch, hi-tea, and dinner. If you are staying inside Tent City, all this is generally included in the package cost itself.

- Shopping Stalls: There are lots of shopping stalls and shops available inside Tent City where you can buy different local products.

- Cultural Performances: From 9 PM, there are cultural performances or live entertainment organized for guests in the Tent City.

- Transportation: To travel inside Tent City, you have lots of options available such as rickshaws, auto-rickshaws, golf carts, trains, and more. All of these are free to use.

🎱 Games and Activities at Tent City

- Indoor Games: There are lots of indoor games available for guests to indulge in such as Chess, Carrom, Pool, and so on.

- Outdoor Games: For outdoor lovers, there are camel cart rides, ATV rides, paramotoring, yoga, rock climbing, paintball, star gazing, archery, and so on.

Note: Most of these activities are free but a few things like Paramotoring, Hot Air Balloon rides, etc. are charged extra and not included in the package.

💰 Tent City Packages

2-Days, 1-Night Package - In this package, you stay one night in the Tent City and are taken to the Great Rann for sunset and sunrise. You can also take the complimentary Bhuj Sightseeing tour with this.

3-Day, 2-Night Package - In this package, you spend two nights in the Tent City and are taken to the Great Rann for sunset and sunrise. You are also taken on a sightseeing tour to Gandhi nu Gam and Kalo Dungar on the second day along with the Bhuj complimentary sightseeing on day 3.

4-Day, 3-Night Package - In this package, you spend two nights in the Tent City and are taken to the Great Rann for sunset and sunrise. You are also taken on a sightseeing tour of Mandvi Beach and Vijay Vilas Palace on day 2. On day 3, you can enjoy a complimentary tour to Gandhi nu Gam and Kalo Dungar and on day 3, go for the Bhuj complimentary sightseeing while being dropped back in the city.

🚕 How to Reach Tent City

- Package: If you have taken the Tent City package, you need to arrive at Bhuj Railway Station or Airport before 2.30 PM. The Tent City hosts provide guests with complimentary pickup and drop services till 2.30 PM.

- DIY: If you are arriving on your own for a day tour of the Tent City, then you can take a bike or a car to reach. Another option is to hire a cab that will charge you 2000 - 3000 INR.
