Pancit Bihon or Pancit Guisado is a Filipino noodle dish and is a staple second to rice. This was brought by the chinese and was localized.
Instead of pork meat i used spanish sardines in this recipe.

Ingredients:
1/2 kl bihon noddles
1/4kl cabbage
1pc medium carrot
1pc medium bell pepper
1pc red onion
3cloves garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
3tbsp cooking oil
4cups water
1can Spanish Sardines (any brand)
