In the Nordic countries fish is a staple food. Here we show you a a very very traditional Danish fish recipe called Fiskefrikadeller. This a similar idea to the Danish frikadeller. Friskefrikadeller is one of the ways the Nordic children get introduced to fish.
Fisk frikadeller is served with a buttered potatoes, Danish cucumber salad and of course the Danish remoulade sauce. Simple, tasty and a great introduction to seafood.
