One area that I’m really working on improving is adding dynamic movements before my workouts.
Dynamic exercises are where you actively work your muscles to move joints throughout their ranges, back and forth.
They are simple and doing 5-10 min is more than enough.
Contrary to popular belief, static stretches are not recommended for before a workout.
Static moves are those where you simply stretch and remain in the same position.
