STORYLINE:
Ukraine Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov arrived in Brussels Tuesday to attend a defense minsters meeting of the transatlantic military alliance.
Upon arrival at NATO Headquarters, Reznikov showed journalists a picture of a fighter jet printed on his handkerchief.
Ukraine has been pushing for fighter jets from its Western allies as it braces itself for an expected Russian offensive.
Western support has been key to Kyiv's surprisingly stiff defense.
