The Battle of Midway (1943 ミッドウェイ海戦, Ichi Kyū Yon San: Middouei Kaisen) is a 1987 shoot 'em up arcade game developed and published by Capcom.
It was the first follow-up to Capcom's earlier 1942.
The game's name is a reference to the Battle of Midway, which in actuality happened in June 1942.
Forgotten Worlds:
Forgotten Worlds, titled Lost Worlds (Japanese: ロストワールド, Hepburn: Rosuto Wārudo) in Japan, is a side-scrolling shoot-'em-up game by Capcom originally released as a coin-operated video game in 1988.
It is notable for being the first title released by Capcom for their CP System arcade game hardware.
Ghouls 'n Ghost:
Ghouls 'n Ghosts (Japanese: 大魔界村, Hepburn: Daimakaimura, lit. Great Demon World Village) is a side-scrolling platform game developed by Capcom and released as an arcade game in 1988, and subsequently ported to a number of other platforms.
It is the sequel to Ghosts 'n Goblins and the second game in the Ghosts 'n Goblins series.
Strider:
Strider, released in Japan as Strider Hiryū, is a hack-and-slash platform game released in arcades in 1989 by Capcom.
Strider is set in a dystopian future with a wide range of settings that affect gameplay.
The game resulted from cooperation between Capcom and manga publisher Moto Kikaku
Dynasty Wars:
Dynasty Wars is a side-scrolling beat-'em-up arcade game released in 1989 by Capcom, based on a Japanese manga Tenchi wo Kurau and a reenactment of the battle between the Kingdom of Shu and the Yellow Turban rebels.
