The Business Rescue Practitioners for South African Airways are proposing that government raise over 10 billion rand before a new airline can be launched.
They finally published the plan - a day after their latest extension expired.
Creditors had given Business Rescue Practitioners, Les Matuson and Siviwe Dongwana, until Monday to submit the final plan.
