Ariel Adams of aBlogtoWatch reviews the Seiko Prospex PADI Monster watch (Ref. SRPE27). This is the first PADI special edition in Seiko’s Prospex Monster collection. The 42.4mm-wide stainless steel case (13.4mm in height) features a new day-date complication with a magnifier over the Hardlex crystal, a large blue unidirectional bezel, and a screw-down crown at 4 o’clock. Inside is an in-house 4R36 movement operating at 3Hz, offering just over 40 hours of power reserve. The watch is water resistant to 200m and comes on a stainless steel bracelet. Pricing is $525 USD.
