On Thursday 13th July at 4.30pm, I will do a demo of the first part of the yoga routine I aim to do daily.
I used to adapt this routine when I had ME/CFS and fibromyalgia.
Yoga can help reduce anxiety, stress and panic attacks.
I won't be doing the pose in the picture!
If you have any health conditions, consult your doctor before starting this kind of exercise movement.
It's really important that you start small and only do what you can.
Pacing can be helpful!
Don't push yourself and don't do anything that feels too much out of your comfort zone.
