In this video, I take a wire brush tool with a hard plastic bristle attachment and remove over 100 years of debris that has been collecting and washing away from the top layer of barn wood.
The wire brush tool allows you to remove a thin layer without changing the dynamic grain pattern that has come from over a century of weathering. It leaves you with a clean board that still tells a story.
