Yahoo News and Finance Anchor Bianna Golodryga reports on Rex Tillerson’s first visit to Moscow as secretary of state. Tillerson said U.S.-Russia relations are at a “low point.” He also said there’s conclusive evidence that Syrian President Bashar al-Assad’s forces carried out last week’s chemical attacks. Tillerson’s counterpart, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, disputed that characterization and called accusations of Russian meddling in the 2016 election “slanderous attacks.”
