Enrique Pena Nieto has been officially confirmed as the winner of Mexico's presidential election. He's yet to be declared president-elect, though, while his party is investigated for alleged vote buying. But becoming president is only half the battle, as he inherits a host of problems, many of them economic. Adam Raney explains.
